Congratulations, you've found me!

As you can probably tell this is not your typical real estate website. But I'd like to think I'm not your typical REALTOR. To start with, there are very few houses on here and you won't be able to search for houses either. (If you want to see what my personal listings you'll have to go here or look under "yard sale" where you'll be able to view the home on their own personal website)

The purpose of this site is to allow you, to get to know me. Cause if you hire me to represent you, we're going to be spending a lot of time together! I've been "realting" since 2005 and I spend a lot of time working in the Okotoks area. In fact, Okotoks is such an awesome place to live that I've built an entire new website about living here! Anyway, more about me.
Yes, it’s true I’ve been in sales/customer service  since cell phones were the size of bricks (yes my first cell phone was a Motorola 8000). And, it’s true I spend my days brushing up on every new property that comes up, but I also love ripple chips, the countryside, and watching tv. Even setting off rockets with my kids (or at least supervising the mixing of chemicals) makes me smile as much as flying a small plane (or the idea of flying I still have to do the test flight). As you can see, I’m not just a REALTOR, I’m a real person.

It’s you! And you’re so much more than a client. You’re a whole person who loves that movie you love, who plays sports or walks their kids to school. Maybe you have a soft spot for beef jerky or scrapbooking or shopping, but all these little things matter more than anything else because they make you who you are.

A home is for all of that stuff. So the right kind of REALTOR is one who thinks of you as a person, and I’m a person too. I get excited when you email or text me (much faster than phoning me, there's no such thing as a quick conversation), I think negotiations are fun, and I’m completely crazy about that smile you make when you say “this is the one”.
