Licensed in Okotoks?

Every once in a while I get the question "Karen, can you sell houses in Okotoks?" and of course my answer is YES, in fact I can sell houses anywhere in Alberta. Now whether I do work "anywhere" is a question of logistics as it might not make sense for me to represent you even if I can.

Another little known fact, in Okotoks, businesses must have a license to operate in the town. And yes that includes REALTORS. So here you go, Royal LePage Benchmark's license  since it would look really funny posting it in my car window.
